Wedding Welcome Bag Ideas

If you're having a hotel wedding, one great way to welcome your guests when they check in is by preparing welcome bags for them to receive upon arrival. The hotel can either give the bags to your guests upon checkin, or put them in their rooms beforehand! These welcome bags are a great way to give guests some water, snacks, and other items that might come in handy during their stay.

While there are plenty of bag options, not all of them are large and sturdy enough for all the items we wanted to include. We ended up loving these large champagne-gold bags and then we ordered custom vinyl decals with our names from Etsy to stick on them.

We had our hotel reception give one bag to each family as they checked in.

Our guests loved the bags, and we made sure to include enough snacks to last them the whole weekend. Many of our guests also told us that the safety pins & sewing kits came in handy as they were getting ready for the events, and the EmergenC and Tylenol were a huge life-saver the morning after the Sangeet ;)
